why to vote ?


As an Indian Citizen's voting is your duty, its one of your fundamental rights in Indian Constitution. India is a democratic country, you people have the right to select government of your choice. Democracy generally mean for the people, to the people, by the people,in recent years the % voting has been reduced due to many reasons,people has to realize that elections has been conduced by your tax money(its your money).   

Its your duty to choose a right candidate in the elections, so its very important to vote for a right person, voting is our right, if you have voted, its like you have a part in the government, at times if you feel not to vote anyone, you can use 49-O. 

Article 49-o: Elector  deciding  not  to  vote. If  an  elector,  after  his electoral roll number has been duly entered in the register of voters in Form-17A and has put his signature or thumb impression thereon as required under sub-rule (1) of rule 49L, decided not to  record  his vote, a remark to this effect shall be made against the said entry in Form  17A  by  the  presiding  officer and the signature  or  thumb impression of the elector shall be obtained against such remark.

voting decides not only your future its decides your child future & countries future too, voting is your right, don't let others to take your rights.   


please vote, choose right candidate (or) use 49-O. your are part in the democracy, you have right to put your vote.


do not get money or gifts to put your vote for a particular candidate, do not sell your votes.  

Its your time to show what you can do for the country, before you question " what the country has done for me ? ", as yourself "what have you done for the country ? ". At least as an Indian citizen put your vote & take part in the government. Be the change you wish to see, stop criticizing government, first do your duty then only you have right to question the government, make use of 49-O if required.
